Providing data for purposes stated in item number 1, 2, 3, is not optional but required for the contract’s execution; refusal will cause inability to take advantage of services offered; while providing data for purposes stated in points 4, 5 is optional and data may be transferred upon prior written consent; in the case consent is not given, it will still be possible to take advantage of the services offered by DAN (Divers Alert Network) Europe, but data will not be allowed to be treated for purposes described in this item.
